Providers can now sign up for their own portal access in the Information Network of Arkansas (INA) to complete their background checks. Provider use of this system will be mandatory starting October 1, 2024. Using the New Online System (account needed) WebOn the other hand, the Arkansas Secretary of State maintains filings against personal property. Hence, individuals can search for those liens via the agency's UCC System. Requestors may download the complete UCC database. However, the researcher must be a INA (Information Network of Arkansas) subscriber to access both services.
