WebFeb 20, 2024 · For the past 3-4 months, whenever I call Peter (not his real name) on my iPhone 6, it doesn't connect and just says "User Busy". I have taken up with Peter on several occasions, and he is adamant he has not blocked my number and is not rejecting my calls.
