WebI can't access the p99 wiki atm, but look up Deputy Tagil (sp?) in Misty Thicket. Quest starts from the NPC in the farm next to Druid trainers and Tagil is right at the Rivervale entrance in Misty. edit: I also don't think it's 50pp/hr. The quest rewards are random, and you need to get the potion to sell for like 1-2pp I think.
